ඔත්තේ සංඛ්යා (3,5,7,9,11 වැනි) සහිත පත්රිකා දරන බිංකොහොඹ ශාක පවතී. සුදු පැහැති පත්ර පහක් සහිත මල් දරන අතර හට ගන්නා කුඩා ඵල ස්ඵෝටනය මගින් බීජ ව්යාප්ත වේ. සම්පූර්ණ ශාකයම ඔසු පිණිස යොදා ගනී. ගල් පර්වත අතර කුඩා පාංශු ස්ථර වල මෙන්ම ගල් ඇඳි අතරද ස්වාභාවිකව වැඩේ. වාණිජ වටිනාකමක් සහිත වන අතර බඳුන් තුළද සාර්ථකව වගා කළ හැකිය. ස්වභාවික පරිසරයෙන් අධික ලෙස ඉවත්කිරීම නිසා වඳවී යාමේ තර්ජනයට ලක්ව ඇත. There are several types of Bin Kohomba, depending on the number of leaves. The flowers are five white leaves and the seeds are propagated by small fruits (by explosion). The whole plant is used for medicinal purposes. Grows naturally in small soil layers between rocks as well as between rocks. It has commercial value and can be grown successfully in pots. Excessive removal from the natural environment is associated with the threat of extinction.
